Coming soon Youth baseball game-day system

Every kid knows where to be.

DugoutDeck builds a batting order to score more runs, rotates fielding so every kid develops, and puts it all on an iPad in the dugout, run live by a parent on scorekeeper and DJ duty.

Live

The dugout updates the moment a play is logged.

Fair

Season-long playing time tracked for every kid at every spot.

Walk-up songs

Every kid gets their song, played from the scorekeeper’s phone.

Nothing to install

Runs in the browser on any iPad or phone with a data connection.

01 Batting order model

A batting order built to score next game.

Not alphabetical. Not a hunch. DugoutDeck learns from every plate appearance your scorekeeper logs, then searches thousands of orders for the one with the most expected runs.

  • Trusts track records, not hot streaks: one big game won’t reshuffle the whole order.
  • Tournament-aware: game two learns from game one.
  • Plans around the clock: games end on time, so it counts how often each kid will really bat.
  • Explains itself: see why each kid bats where they do.
Batting order Sample · Game 2, Sat
  1. 1 Maya R. Table-setter
  2. 2 Leo S. Gets on base
  3. 3 June P. Contact hitter
  4. 4 Theo K. Gap power
  5. 5 Ava M. Drives them in
  6. 6 Nora B. Keeps the line moving
  7. 7 Sam T. Speed on the bases
  8. 8 Eli W. Moves runners along
  9. 9 Zoe H. Sparks the top of the order

02 Fielding optimizer

Fair rotations without the clipboard math.

Every inning, DugoutDeck solves the whole field at once, balancing your goals for each kid, who has played where all season, and the score.

  • Set targets per kid: where they compete and where they’re developing.
  • Season-long position shares keep playing time honest.
  • Reads the scoreboard: up big, kids rotate into new spots. Close game, your best defense stays put.
  • Swap anyone by hand, any time.
Sample

Big lead: kids get to try the spots they’re learning.

03 Dugout iPad + parent DJ

Hang it on the fence. The dugout runs itself.

One parent logs plays and fires walk-up songs from their phone. The dugout iPad updates instantly, so kids see who’s up, who’s on deck and where they play next inning without a coach shouting it.

Dugout iPad

Up now, on deck, in the hole, next-inning positions, score, outs and the clock. Big enough to read from the bench. Needs a data connection. A phone hotspot works fine.

Scorekeeper + DJ phone

One parent logs each plate appearance and plays every kid’s walk-up song. No paper scorebook, no second app.

Coach phone

Lineup tweaks and position swaps from wherever you’re standing. Everyone else sees them live.

The clean switch to defense

  1. 1 Third out logged The scorekeeper taps the out.
  2. 2 The iPad flips The dugout shows the defensive map for next inning.
  3. 3 Kids take the field Everyone runs to their spot. No clipboard, no roll call.

Get on deck.
