Terms of use

Short terms for the open-source DugoutDeck application. Your deployment operator may add additional terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service—for example:

• No attempting to access other teams’ data without authorization.
• No uploading malware, illegal content, or material you do not have rights to use.
• No disrupting the service (including excessive automated traffic).

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Passkeys are tied to devices you control; keep those devices secure.

Content you provide

You retain rights to content you upload (such as walk-up audio). You grant the hosting stack permission to store and display that content as needed to run the app for your team.

Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Game-day decisions remain the responsibility of coaches and leagues.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
